Set up Volume Lock Open Volume Lock. Review the setup cards. Allow the requested Android access. Set battery usage to Unrestricted when prompted.
Create locks and safe ranges Choose a volume channel. Select Locked for one exact level or Range for a minimum and maximum. Move the control to the values you want. Test the Android volume buttons.
Schedule a profile Open Settings. Open Profile management. Turn on scheduled profile switching. Choose the start and end times.
Add Quick Settings controls Open Android Quick Settings. Choose Edit. Find the Volume Lock tile. Drag it into the active tiles. Tap it to open the available Volume Lock controls.
Choose sound behavior Open the Ring controls. Choose Sound, Vibrate, or Silent. Set Follow modes and Respect DND for your routine.
Change appearance Open Settings, then Appearance. Choose System, Light, or Dark. Select a color theme and application font.
Improve background reliability Open Settings, then Reliability and permissions. Allow battery and DND access. Review the device-specific startup shortcut.
Calibrate volume channels Open Settings, then Volume channels. Choose Calibrate channels. Keep the phone still and do not press volume buttons until calibration finishes.
Send a diagnostic report Open Volume Lock. Open Settings. Select Support & about. Select Send diagnostic report. Choose an email application. Review the prepared message and attached recent log before sending.
